INTRODUCTION

These general terms and conditions (“General Terms”) regulate the contractual relationship between the customer (“you”) and Collective LLC (“Collective” or “we”) regarding orders placed on the website https://www.collective.am.

Your contractual relationship with Collective is governed by Armenian law.

These terms apply exclusively to non-commercial customers. We reserve the right to modify the General Terms at any time. However, the applicable General Terms are those in effect at the time of your order.

We recommend reading and accepting these terms before confirming your order and making a payment. You will also have the option to print and/or save them.

Any information collected by Collective will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

ORDER PLACEMENT

To place an order, you must provide a valid email address.

At any time before placing an order, you can access information about selected products and, if necessary, check the delivery costs by clicking on the shopping cart.

You have the option to review the order details and total price and correct any errors before confirming your order.

To confirm your order, you must click the "Buy Now" button, acknowledging that this is an order with a payment obligation and that you are entering into a commercial agreement with Collective.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email receipt containing your order details.

Additionally, you will receive:

  • Practical information about order delivery

  • Information about your rights to access and modify your personal data

  • A link to download the General Terms and Privacy Policy

Even after receiving an email confirmation from Collective, your order will be finalized only after full payment is verified.

At any time after placing an order, you can check its status in your account, by email, or by contacting customer service.

If an item is out of stock, a warning will appear next to the product. If you wish to be notified when the item is back in stock, you can click the "Notify me when available" button, enter your name and email, and receive an email notification when the product is restocked.

PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS

All prices displayed on the website are in Armenian Dram (AMD) and include VAT. Delivery costs are not included.

If applicable, delivery charges are shown in your shopping cart, where you can review them before placing an order.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically and added to the total order amount after selecting a delivery option. Delivery charges are always agreed upon before order confirmation.

Delivery is available only in Yerevan, with a standard delivery fee of 1,000 AMD.

If a product price is displayed incorrectly (e.g., an obviously incorrect or unrealistic price compared to the product type), Collective will contact you to confirm whether you still want to order the item at the correct price. If you decline or do not respond within a reasonable time, Collective reserves the right to cancel the order.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made in two ways:

  1. Online payment (Visa, MasterCard, and ARCA cards) via Idram and Fastshift payment platforms.

  2. Cash payment (only in Armenian Dram) upon delivery.

Important Notes:

  • The courier has the right to return the delivered item if the customer refuses to pay at the time of delivery.

  • The prices displayed on the website are final and include all applicable taxes.

  • Your order is only considered accepted by Collective after full payment is made.

  • We do not store your banking details. Payments on our online store are securely processed by a payment service provider, which ensures secure transactions using the latest encryption technologies. Your payment is fully encrypted and protected.

  • You may be required to enter an authentication password (such as ARCA SecureCode, Visa, or MasterCard SecureCode).

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to accurately represent our products on the website. However, colors and product details displayed on your screen depend on your device settings.

As a result, we cannot guarantee that the colors or appearance of the delivered products will match exactly what is displayed on your screen.

LIABILITY

The fact that neither party has enforced certain rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

All data (including product information, images, trademarks, graphics, animations, and texts) available on our website are protected by intellectual property rights.

By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that these rights belong exclusively to Collective or its affiliated companies. You may use this content only with permission from our company.

You are not authorized to transfer, assign, or subcontract your rights and obligations arising from your contract with Collective without written permission from Collective.

Collective reserves the right to assign, transfer, or subcontract its rights and obligations to third parties, provided that it does not infringe on your rights.
